REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please note that PDM2015 is strictly limited to 100 delegates in order to ensure optimum learning. For this reason all registrations must be paid for no more than two weeks after the online form is submitted to be considered complete, after this time your registration will be cancelled and the spot opened to another delegate application.
Any applications made after 100 delegates is reached will be added to a waitlist.
How to register
Please read this page carefully before completing the online registration form. PDM2015 delegates can register online using the secure registration form. Delegates will receive an instant confirmation via e-mail after completing the online form.

Delegates are asked to indicate any dietary requirements on the online registration form.
* Guests/attendees will be responsible for their personal expenses and all applicable taxes as well as all other incidental expense eg. mini bar, room service, telephone, laundry and etc. All charges incurred will be settled by cash or credit card upon departure.
ACCOMODATION
The Masterclass registration fee includes five nights accommodation from 8th to 13th March at the Cape Dara Resort.

Should you wish to book additional nights you can do so on the online registration form. Please note that your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will be forwarded to the hotel to confirm the additional nights.
THE SECRETARIAT WILL NOT BE CHARGING YOU FOR THE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS – THIS WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CAPE DARA RESORT.

REGISTRATION FEES
Method of Payment
Payment of fees must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. Payment can be made by the following methods:
- Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club
- Personal or company cheque (Australian delegates only) and made payable to PDM2015 and must be received prior to 16 February 2015.
- Bank drafts and international money orders should be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian bank and made payable to PDM2015. Please fax a copy of the bank remittance to +61 2 9251 3552 or e-mail to rebeccad@icmsaust.com.au.
Cancellation of Registration
Deadline: 19 January 2015
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 19 January 2015 will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after 19 January 2015 will not be refunded. The Committee will consider cancellations of registration under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application.
Delegate Substitution
Substitute delegates will be accepted, please contact the Secretariat.

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as advertised. The Masterclass and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Masterclass, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The PDM2015 Committee and the Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the PDM2015 Committee and Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays.
Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Masterclass does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Accommodation Cancellations
No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 19 January 2015.
Delegates who confirm attendance and provide credit card details but do not advise of cancellation before the 45 day period of Masterclass commencement will incur charges for the 'no-show' rate, as penalised by the hotel. This charge is calculated as the room rate per night multiplied by the dates booked and secured. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking.
Early arrival
Some international flights arrive in Thailand in the very early morning. As check in is not until 2.00pm at most hotels, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Secretariat on the registration form so that we can notify the hotel that your room is pre-registered.
Late arrival
Please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 6.00pm. Failure to do so might result in your room being released.
Change of booking
Any change in booking must be made in writing to the Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel.
Visa Information
Some delegates will need to obtain a visa to visit Thailand. Please read the information on this link carefully http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/123 and ensure you make the appropriate applications.
The PDM2015 Secretariat strongly recommends that those delegates requiring visas make their applications at least three (3) months prior to the Masterclass as no refunds will be given due to denial of visa.
